Ultimate Hot Fudge Sundae

Eons ago, there was such a thing as a real hot fudge
sundae. The chocolate sauce was served piping hot in a
small pitcher beside a tall dish of ice cream. The sauce
was poured and eaten in “batches”, so as not to melt the
ice cream and to enjoy the way the sauce turns to lovely
gooey taffy! It’s back… here it is… the truly ultimate
sundae… with Hot Fudge Heaven!

Slowly heat and stir Hot Fudge Heaven in the microwave,
stopping at 15 second intervals to stir; or, on the stovetop,
setting the jar in a pan of hot water. Pour over scoops of
ice cream.

Fresh fruit is decadent in layers or as a parfait: try
strawberries or bananas or blueberries or peaches or
raspberries! Whipped cream and cherries may or may
not be optional!
