Chocolate Mint Angel Cookies

Here’s a light, flavorful cookie - a fine accompaniment for
hot coffee, tea or cocoa!.Other extracts, such as vanilla, orange,
maple, lemon, may be used in place of mint. We think
chocolate goes with anything!


Whip 1/2 cup butter until fluffy. Add 1/4 cup powdered sugar,
1/2 cup Hot Fudge Heaven, 1 teaspoon mint extract, and beat
until smooth. Mix in 1 cup finely ground pecans (about 6
ounces pecan halves put in blender or processor) and 1 cup
flour. Chill for 1 hour. Then roll into balls using 1 teaspoon
dough for each cookie.

Bake 1” apart on cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 375°.

Cool 5 minutes and roll in powdered sugar.
